By using ZyroCloud's free hosting services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Free Service

ZyroCloud provides free servers with up to 4GB RAM for community and personal projects. These services are provided free of charge and may be modified, limited, suspended, or terminated at any time.

2. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly forbidden:

• DDoS attacks, network attacks, or any attempt to disrupt services.
• Hosting malware, viruses, crypto miners, phishing websites, or malicious software.
• Illegal activities of any kind.
• Excessive resource abuse affecting other users.
• Attempting to bypass system limitations or security measures.
• Unauthorized access to accounts, servers, databases, or files.
• Spam, harassment, hate speech, or harmful content.
• Selling, reselling, or sharing server access without permission.

3. Fair Usage Policy

Free servers are intended for legitimate use. Users must not intentionally overload the system or negatively impact other users. Abuse of resources may result in suspension.

4. Suspension & Termination

ZyroCloud reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any service without prior notice if these terms are violated.

5. Data Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups. ZyroCloud is not responsible for data loss, corruption, or service interruptions.

6. No Warranty

Services are provided "as is" without any guarantee of uptime, availability, or suitability for any purpose.

7. Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Continued use of ZyroCloud services indicates acceptance of the latest version.

8. Acceptance

By creating or using a ZyroCloud server, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service.
